Qualifikationen

• 4 to 6 years in product operations, program management or Chief of Staff style roles in B2B SaaS/fintech/enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Power Automate, Zapier, Jira automation).
• Advanced Jira and Confluence skills including JQL, dashboards, filters and workflow configuration.
• Strong data skills: building dashboards, cleaning data and turning it into insights.
• Excellent executive updates and presentation materials for senior leaders.
• Experience building adoptable processes and playbooks through influence, not authority.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery and the SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Run the product org's operating cadence: roadmap reviews and release readiness checkpoints.
• Prepare executive materials including weekly ELT updates and board inputs.
• Capture decisions and owners from leadership forums and track to closure.
• Translate CPO priorities into clear communications for product, engineering and client teams.
• Own roadmap health reporting across the product suite and flag at-risk epics.
• Build dashboards for delivery velocity, predictability and release quality.
• Pilot AI tools for the product org and measure time saved.
