JPMorganChase invites a Product Operations Manager to own the operating model for a product organization building internal tools and workflows. You will partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to reduce coordination overhead and improve documentation practices across teams.

You will drive consistency, design AI-enabled workflows, and measure adoption to show real impact on planning, delivery, and value across the organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product, technical writing, or engineering experience.
• Experience improving team processes, workflows, or operating models within a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships across product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Experience creating and managing documentation, operational processes, and internal communications at scale.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive clarity through ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
• Ability to manage a wide range of requests — from highly specific to broadly strategic — with equal rigor and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Apply AI tools to accelerate your own productivity and to build AI-enabled workflows that expand the capabilities of the systems you manage.
• Translate ambiguous operational needs into lightweight, scalable solutions by partnering across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
