Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in product ownership/PM.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at executive level.
• Strong expertise in Agile and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for Workday and Salesforce.
• Drive Workday module adoption as the system of record.
• Prioritize Salesforce customization requirements and initiatives.
• Manage intake and priorities for people operations, accounting, IT and growth teams.
• Partner with CFO, COO, CPO and People Ops leaders.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors and developers.
• Lead backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies.
• Oversee product education, adoption and M&A integration onboarding.
