Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a leading private markets investment firm, seeks an Associate Product Manager to join the Innovation Team in Conshohocken, PA. You will partner with Operations, HR, and Finance to define technology needs and shape roadmaps for Workday and other enterprise applications.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through go-live, evaluating buy-versus-build options and guiding adoption, with minimal travel and strong collaboration across leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years of product/business analysis/implementation experience.
• Must translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Experience owning cross-functional initiatives from discovery to go-live and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with Operations, HR, and Finance to understand objectives and user needs.
• Translate business needs into product opportunities, requirements, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Prioritize initiatives and present recommendations based on value, risk, and readiness.
• Lead buy-versus-build evaluations, vendor discussions, and proofs of concept.
• Serve as product owner for internally built applications and enterprise platforms.
• Guide products from concept through design, development, testing, implementation and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, UAT, readiness, training, and change management.
