The role requires 3+ years as Product Owner/PM, hands-on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud experience with Marketing Cloud awareness, Agile/Scrum proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree; insurance/financial services background preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with a focus on cloud-based CRM software.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and awareness in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of modern web technologies and digital ecosystems.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; insurance/financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, aligning with business objectives and regulatory constraints.
Translates stakeholder input into clear user stories and backlog items.
Represents customer needs to bridge strategic goals with team delivery.
Communicates decisions clearly, ensuring value and scope changes are understood.
Collaborates with Team-of-Teams Lead to align priorities and remove blockers.
Monitors product health and ensures features meet outcomes and acceptance criteria.
Manages scope and cadence within the product roadmap.
