Qualifications

10+ years of IT product management or related roles in enterprise environments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams including Architects, BSAs, Developers, and Product Owners.
Proven ability to own technology roadmaps, product backlogs, and end-to-end delivery.
Experience with enterprise Sales technology platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clari, Agentforce, CPQ, CLM, Xactly, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance and other teams to develop and maintain the technology and AI roadmap for the Sales product workstream.
Own the Sales technology product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and operational needs.
Lead technical feasibility assessments and guide solution design with architects and delivery teams.
Own end-to-end delivery of product capabilities from discovery to post-release support.
