Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT product management, enterprise applications, sales tech, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, including Architects, BSAs, Developers, or application delivery professionals.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM, or commercial business functions.
• 5+ years of experience owning technology roadmaps, product backlogs, delivery execution, and end-to-end product outcomes.
• Strong understanding of CRM, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other business teams to develop and maintain the technology and AI roadmap for the Sales product workstream.
• Own the Sales technology product roadmap in partnership with Business Process Owners, ensuring alignment to business strategy, enterprise architecture, operational needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead technical feasibility assessments for roadmap initiatives and own the technical roadmap for the product area.
• Design and validate technical and architectural solutions in partnership with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, BSAs, Developers, and business stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end delivery of product capabilities, from discovery and planning through solution design, sprint execution, testing, release readiness, deployment, and post-release support.
