Qualifications

10+ years of IT product management or related roles.
5+ years leading Architects, BSAs, Developers, or product teams.
5+ years supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM, or commercial functions.
5+ years owning technology roadmaps, backlogs, delivery, and outcomes.
Experience with enterprise Sales platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clari, Agentforce, CPQ, CLM, Xactly.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Sales technology and AI roadmap with stakeholders.
Own the Sales tech product roadmap aligning to business strategy and operational needs.
Lead feasibility assessments and guide solution design with architects and developers.
Refine requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design decisions with stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment and post-release support.
Ensure quality, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.
Co-own design documentation with the Business Process Owner.
