An ideal candidate has extensive consumer UX experience at key product moments, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, and a track record of shipping high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience — opinions on what makes an interaction clear and delightful.
• Analytical rigor — interpret data and convert insights into opportunities.
• World-class execution with high agency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience where users select and review their terms and payments.
• Design and run experiments to improve how users understand and choose terms.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights and quantitative signals.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements impact on UX.
• Work with international product partners to expand terms experience to new markets.
• Develop deep understanding of user behavior and share insights across the team.
• Drive a ambitious roadmap from concept through launch and iteration.
