Job summary

Rula, a remote-first health-tech company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Provider Experience team. You will automate day-to-day admin tasks with AI and build real-time clinical guidance tools to let therapists focus more on patient care.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product (Provider), you will work across design, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver high-impact features that improve therapy workflows and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms with measurable impact on retention/efficiency.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Strong communication and alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data and qualitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation of day-to-day administrative workflows using AI (note writing, scheduling, paperwork).
• Develop real-time clinical guidance tools to support therapists during sessions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams; report to Senior Director of Product (Provider).
• Help therapists regain hours in their week by improving tools they use daily.
