Job summary

Rula is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Provider Experience team. You will lead initiatives to automate administrative workflows for therapists using AI and build real-time clinical guidance tools, enabling therapists to focus on patient care.

You will report to the Senior Director of Product (Provider) and work cross-functionally across design, engineering, and clinical teams. The role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, US-based hiring (excluding Hawaii) and transparent pay

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success in SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Strong communication across diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data and qualitative insights.

Responsibilities
