You will collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to build tools that save therapists hours weekly while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes scalable SMB SaaS experiences, strong stakeholder communication, and use of data and experiments to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success scaling SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms with impact on retention, efficiency, or automation.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Strong communication and alignment across stakeholders and teams.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills using data, experiments, and insights.
• Experience building for time-constrained professional users.
• Experience with AI/ML and automation to streamline workflows.
• Experience navigating compliance, clinical software, billing, or high-complexity domains.
