Job summary

Rula is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Provider Experience team. You’ll lead initiatives to help therapists run a healthy practice by building tools used daily, automating administrative workflows with AI, and delivering real-time guidance during sessions.

You will partner with design, engineering and clinical teams, report to the Senior Director of Product (Provider), and help unlock hours in therapists' weeks while delivering secure, compliant, time-saving solutions for U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience scaling SMB SaaS or productivity/operations platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Strong cross-functional communication with diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
• Data-driven decision making with analytics and experimentation.
