Job summary

Rula is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Provider Experience team. The role focuses on building tools that help therapists run a healthy practice and deliver high-quality care.

You will drive AI-powered automation of admin workflows and real-time guidance to support clinicians, reporting to the Senior Director of Product (Provider) and partnering with design, engineering, and clinical teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms.
• Proven ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent communication and alignment across diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data, experiments, and qualitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to automate day-to-day administrative workflows using AI (e.g., note writing, scheduling, paperwork).
• Develop real-time clinical guidance tools during sessions for providers.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to free therapists to focus on patients.
