Job summary

Rula is seeking a Sr. Product Designer for the Provider Team to streamline mental health care workflows. You’ll design daily-use tools for therapists, reduce friction, and build AI-enabled experiences in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research.

The role thrives in ambiguity, invites 0→1 products from concept to execution, and requires ownership of design from problem discovery through delivery and evolution, with a remote-friendly workflow across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven success designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity tools or business software.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and compliance or policy partners.
• Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and system-level thinking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document workflow logic for cross-functional alignment.
• Ownership orientation with experience owning product design from problem space to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design tools therapists use daily to streamline administrative work.
• Build intelligent experiences that help clinicians make informed decisions.
• Drive 0→1 products from concept to execution with ownership at all stages.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research teams to align on strategy.
