Rula, a remote-first mental health care company, is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join the Provider Team.

You will design the tools therapists use daily, streamline admin tasks, and build AI-enabled experiences to support clinical decisions, focusing on patient care. Ideal candidates thrive in ambiguity, take 0→1 products from concept to execution, and own the design process end-to-end in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with shipped products.
• Proven ability to design multi-step workflows for productivity tools or enterprise software.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and compliance partners.
• End-to-end design and prototyping using Figma.
• Strong communication and ability to document workflow logic for teams.
• Ownership of design from problem space to feature delivery and evolution.
