Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own and grow the partner portfolio, enabling merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method. You will drive platform partner integrations and build durable capabilities to accelerate future collaborations.

You will work with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch, and grow these integrations, measuring success with clear OKRs and coordinating go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy that makes future partner integrations faster to launch.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, and use it to drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve the customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.
