Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team. You will own and grow the partner portfolio, focusing on onboarding merchants to offer Affirm as a payment method and scaling platform partnerships.

You will collaborate with commercial, merchant risk, design, analytics, and engineering to define and launch integrations, build durable capabilities, and drive merchant growth. This role emphasizes outcomes, stakeholder management, and bias for action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, analytics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Execution-oriented with bias for action.
• Proven track record shipping high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities for faster partner integrations.
• Develop relationships with platform partners for feedback and insights.
• Define and prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experiences.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiatives.
