The role shapes where to play, how to win, and the capabilities and tracking needed to meet financial targets.

The successful candidate will lead vendor strategy, drive portfolio growth, and own major contract negotiations while serving as SME for the category at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of related job experience is expected.
• Experience owning senior and executive supplier relationships is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assortment and vendor management, including go-to-market strategy, market trend analysis, demand programs, financials, and supplier relationships.
• Oversee financial management: sales results, item lifecycle, margins, terms, and corporate goals with support from Finance.
• Act as SME for Packaging Equipment & Automation portfolio.
