Job summary

Veritiv Corp is seeking a Project Manager to drive revenue and support custom packaging projects within Design or Kitting/Co-Packing & Retail Solutions. You will coordinate, monitor, schedule, and report on assigned projects, ensuring customer needs are met accurately and on time.

The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, defining scope, creating detailed plans, and maintaining project documentation while managing risks and costs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years project management experience.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, schedule, and report on assigned projects within Design or Kitting/Co-Packing & Retail Solutions.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Create and maintain project documentation and plans.
• Ensure resources and develop detailed project plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to progress projects.
• Maintain client relationships and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure and report project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
