Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy from home. You will own a portfolio spanning Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and drive automation, integration and market expansion.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial functions to deliver measurable enterprise value and accelerated revenue growth. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in product management, SaaS preferred.
• Proven track record from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy aligned with business goals.
