Affim is hiring for a Senior Product Manager to lead the consumer loyalty program from scratch. You will define the vision, set earn/burn mechanics, and partner with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure compliant design and clear disclosures.

Join a remote-first team building scalable financial products. You’ll own metrics, experiments, and lifecycle engagement, driving repeat usage and long-term value for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience shipping consumer fintech or regulated products
• Strong UX instincts and data-driven decision making
• Ability to build and defend financial models for rewards programs
• Experience partnering with Risk/Credit, Legal and Compliance
• Leadership without authority in cross-functional settings

Aufgaben

• Own the vision and roadmap for Affim’s consumer loyalty program across quarters
• Launch rewards and tiers including earn mechanics and redemption across surfaces
• Build engagement loops to drive repeated use
• Own program economics including reward liability and funding mix
• Set up measurement foundation with holdouts and LTV analysis
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing
• Align stakeholders and manage dependencies across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing
