Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive user growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and data science to design scalable acquisition loops and grow high-intent traffic.

You’ll lead experiments, set up measurement, and partner with executives to align on growth priorities across brands and regions. This role is 100% remote in the United States, with bi-annual bonus potential and equity benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or master’s in business, CS, marketing or quantitative field.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and run experiments.
• Own the real-time bidding engine, integrations and attribution.
• Manage Joblist as a traffic source and optimize ROAS.
• Collaborate with growth and traffic leaders to scale acquisition.
• Use data to guide where growth should come from.
