Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic growth across its brands from a fully remote position. You will partner with Marketing, SEO, and Engineering to shape experiments, optimize acquisition loops, and convert high-intent visitors into active users across our multi-brand ecosystem.

You will rely on web analytics and behavioral modeling to decide where to invest which channels, and you will own tasks from CPC bidding to API integrations and fraud controls.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts between them, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across several teams, set up experiments, and turn high-intent visitors into active users.
• Partner with cross-functional growth and traffic leaders, engineers, data scientists and marketing to build scalable acquisition loops and drive multi-brand user growth.
• Use traffic data and customer insights to justify growth bets and align executives and marketing.
