BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to drive user growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition, and Engineering to design scalable experiments that improve acquisition and activation across sites.

You’ll lead growth initiatives across brands, manage experiments, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and performance marketing to achieve ROAS targets and scalable traffic growth. This fully remote role supports US residents.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsabilités

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands in collaboration with Marketing, SEO, Paid Acquisition and Engineering.
• Lead growth projects, run experiments at scale, and convert high-intent visitors into active users.
• Own real-time CPC bidding engine, API integrations and attribution.
• Own Joblist traffic source and ROAS targets across platforms.
• Identify limits of acquisition platforms and steer investments to scale.
• Run experiments across customer-facing surfaces and guide what to test next.
