Job summary

BOLD, a remote-first company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to accelerate user growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to design scalable acquisition loops and turn high-intent visitors into active users.

You will run growth experiments at scale, guide cross-functional teams, and leverage web analytics and experiment design to inform investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams, resolving conflicts, and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Degree or equivalent in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives across multiple brands and regions.
• Set up and run experiments to test growth ideas.
• Own traffic and acquisition channels including bidding and attribution processes.
