Job summary

BOLD is hiring a senior product leader to drive growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will partner with cross-functional teams including growth, traffic leaders, software engineers, data scientists, and performance marketing to optimize acquisition and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a track record of growing traffic and revenue.
• Experience working with marketing executives and owning acquisition goals.
• Deep knowledge of martech, SEO, paid attribution, and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Use traffic data and customer insight to align executives on growth sources.
• Run job distribution including CPC bidding, API integrations, and fraud detection.
• Own Joblist as a traffic-arbitrage channel with ROAS targets.
• Work with Engineering on long-term growth tech roadmap.
