Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to accelerate traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You’ll lead growth initiatives with Marketing, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition and improve ROAS.

You’ll run experiments, set up analytics and attribution, and guide cross-functional teams to turn high-intent visitors into active users. Remote-friendly with strong data-driven culture and ownership of growth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor's or Master's in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across multiple teams and set up experiments to drive user growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to optimize acquisition pipelines.
• Turn high-intent traffic into active users and optimize ROAS across brands.
• Own and optimize traffic sources, including real-time bidding, API partnerships, and attribution.
• Design and run scalable experiments across customer-facing surfaces using data-driven insights.
