Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to accelerate traffic growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to scale user acquisition and drive high-intent visitors to our sites.

You’ll lead cross‑functional growth initiatives, design experiments, and translate data into action for executives and marketing leaders to invest in. This role focuses on scalable acquisition loops and ROAS targets in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in web analytics, user behavior modeling and experiment design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth projects across teams and run experiments at scale.
• Own and optimize growth channels, including bidding and ROAS targets.
• Set up how we run experiments and decide what to test next.
