Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Paid, and Engineering to scale user acquisition and drive growth.

You will lead cross-functional growth initiatives, design experiments, manage bidding and attribution, and optimize ROAS across Joblist and other channels while using data to guide investment.

This remote role offers flexible work and the chance to influence growth across global brands.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and coaching mid-level PMs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, CS, marketing, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across multiple brands and regions and set up experiments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable acquisition loops.
• Own real-time bidding, API integrations, attribution, and fraud controls.
• Manage Joblist as a traffic source and optimize ROAS targets.
• Run experiments at scale across customer-facing surfaces using data to decide tests.
