BOLD is hiring a senior product leader to drive growth across its multi-brand ecosystem. You will partner with cross-functional teams including growth, traffic leaders, software engineers, data scientists, and performance marketing to optimize acquisition and revenue.

You will own the Joblist channel, align executives on growth sources, and collaborate with Engineering on a long-term growth roadmap. A competitive salary, bi-annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a track record of growing traffic and revenue.
• Experience working with marketing executives and owning acquisition goals.
• Deep knowledge of martech, SEO, paid attribution, and web analytics.
