Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive expansion of the enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning across channels and touchpoints. You will be the primary product liaison between channel organizations and NBA platform teams.

Ideal candidates lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business needs into tech solutions, and deliver enterprise capabilities in complex environments. Remote role with occasional travel for training or meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Technology Product Management, or a related discipline across business and technical organizations.
Experience leading product discovery and translating complex business requirements into product capabilities, features, user stories, and implementation plans.
Experience onboarding new business channels, customer touchpoints, or operating groups to enterprise technology platforms.
Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead product discovery efforts for channels considered for NBA adoption.
Partner with channel leaders to understand workflows, objectives, and tech landscapes.
Translate needs into clear business, functional, and technical requirements for NBA integration.
Define channel-specific requirements for delivery, presentation, interaction, and performance.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, data, and product teams on integration approaches.
Identify gaps and work with NBA PMs to define enhancements for scalability.
Drive alignment across stakeholders to prioritize and implement channel needs.
Develop onboarding plans, readiness criteria, and risk management for channel onboarding.
Lead cross-functional coordination for channel launch and adoption.
Support testing, validation, and readiness before production deployment.
Ensure requirements are met and facilitate a smooth transition to operations.
