Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Technology Product Management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading product discovery and translating complex requirements into product capabilities, user stories, and implementation plans.
• Experience onboarding new business channels or operating groups to enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and desired outcomes.
• Experience defining requirements for technology-enabled business capabilities, including integrations and workflows.
• Strong understanding of technology integrations, APIs, data exchanges, system dependencies, and related concepts.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery efforts for channels being evaluated for adoption of the NBA platform.
• Partner with channel business leaders to understand workflows, experiences, processes, objectives, and technology landscapes.
• Translate channel needs into requirements that support NBA integration and adoption.
• Define channel-specific requirements related to recommendation delivery, presentation, interaction, disposition, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, data, and product teams to identify integration approaches and platform capabilities.
• Evaluate channel requirements against existing NBA functionality and identify opportunities to reuse current capabilities.
• Identify capability gaps and define enhancements to support immediate and long-term scalability.
• Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Develop onboarding plans, readiness criteria, dependency tracking, and risk management for channel implementation.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to prepare channels for successful NBA deployment and adoption.
• Support testing, validation, and readiness activities prior to production deployment.
• Ensure all requirements are met before launch and transition to ongoing operations.
• Identify recurring patterns and opportunities to establish reusable onboarding frameworks.
• Support prioritization and sequencing of expansion initiatives across the enterprise.
• Foster continuous improvement in onboarding practices and operating models.
