Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related discipline across business and technical teams.
• Experience leading product discovery and translating complex requirements into product capabilities, features, user stories, and implementation plans.
• Experience onboarding new business channels or operating groups to enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand workflows, processes, constraints, and outcomes.
• Experience defining requirements for technology-enabled business capabilities, including integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery efforts for channels evaluated for adoption of the NBA platform.
• Translate channel needs into clear business, functional, and technical requirements for NBA integration.
• Define and document channel-specific requirements for recommendation delivery, presentation, interaction, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, data, and product teams to identify integration approaches and platform capabilities.
• Identify capability gaps and define enhancements with NBA Product Managers for immediate needs and long-term scalability.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure requirements are prioritized and implemented effectively.
