Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the expansion of the enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability across new channels and touchpoints.

You will serve as the primary liaison between channel organizations and NBA platform teams, translating requirements into scalable capabilities while ensuring consistency and readiness across the enterprise. Ideal candidates lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business needs into technology solutions, and deliver

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
• Experience turning complex business requirements into product capabilities, user stories, and implementation plans.
• Experience onboarding new channels or touchpoints to enterprise platforms.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand workflows and outcomes.
• Experience defining requirements for tech-enabled business capabilities, integrations, workflows, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data exchanges, and system dependencies.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk and dependency identification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across large organizations.
