Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive expansion of the enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability across new channels and touchpoints.

You will serve as the primary product liaison between channel organizations and NBA platform teams, translating business needs into scalable capabilities while driving consistency, reuse, and readiness across the enterprise. This role requires experience leading cross-functional product initiatives, translating complex requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Product Management or related discipline across business and technical teams.
• Experience leading product discovery and translating requirements into features and user stories.
• Experience onboarding new business channels to enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery for channels considered for NBA adoption.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workflows, objectives, and tech landscapes.
• Translate channel needs into clear business, functional, and technical requirements for NBA integration.
• Define channel-specific requirements for recommendation delivery, presentation, and performance measurement.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, data, and product teams to plan integrations and platforms.
• Drive alignment to ensure channel requirements are understood, prioritized, and executed.
• Develop onboarding plans, readiness criteria, dependencies, and risk management for channels.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to prepare channels for NBA deployment and adoption.
• Support testing, validation, and readiness activities prior to production deployment.
• Ensure all requirements are met before launch and oversee transition to operations.
• Identify patterns and opportunities to create reusable onboarding frameworks.
