Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to steer next-generation agentic AI experiences for procurement within the Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You will shape vision, strategy, and roadmaps to transform agreements into actionable insights and autonomous workflows.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data/AI teams to deliver measurable outcomes like cost savings, risk reduction, and efficiency, reporting to Sr. Director, Product Management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience building AI-powered products, automation systems, or intelligent workflows.
• Experience connecting customer problems to scalable solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Marketing, and Sales.
• Experience defining metrics, running experiments, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI experiences.
• Identify high-impact procurement workflows where AI can act (e.g., savings identification, renewal optimization).
• Develop a deep understanding of procurement personas and their end-to-end workflows.
• Partner with Research to uncover unmet needs and validate new agent-driven use cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data/AI teams to build scalable systems.
• Define product requirements balancing automation, control, and trust in AI workflows.
• Establish success metrics and iterate based on data.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful launches.
• Present product strategy to executives and influence decisions.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and influence without authority.
