Qualifications

• 12+ years in revenue operations, growth engineering, or AI-enabled GTM.
• Experience translating business strategy into technical specs.
• Proven ability to ship production AI workflows and mentor ICs.

Responsibilities

• Define capability roadmap for AI agents and prompt architectures.
• Govern signal workflows and ensure quality of agent outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to align backlogs.
