Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, digital product, marketing technology, or related field.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and engagement.
• Experience with MarTech platforms, customer identity/data, CRM/CDP, personalization, and experimentation.
• Knowledge of AI and ML applications in marketing and insights-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketing Enablement product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Upbound and its brands.
• Lead initiatives across MarTech, identity/data, personalization, experimentation, and marketing automation.
• Translate marketing strategy into scalable products, platforms, and tech capabilities.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and business units.
• Improve customer journeys with personalized, relevant experiences.
• Establish test-and-learn programs and measure impact on conversions and retention.
