Scrolllaunch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Provider Experience in a fully remote role across the US. You will lead initiatives to automate administrative workflows and build AI-driven clinical guidance for therapists, aiming to save hours in weekly workflows.

You’ll partner with clinical teams to navigate healthcare software constraints, drive product strategy for productivity tools, and improve the overall provider experience on the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building SMB SaaS or productivity platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Experience with AI/ML to streamline repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Automating day-to-day administrative workflows (clinical notes, scheduling, paperwork).
• Developing real-time clinical guidance tools.
