Within is hiring a Senior Product Manager to orchestration the agentic operating system across product and engineering pods. You will design AI-native product-ops motions, govern prioritization, and build the context and metrics layer to guide decisions.

You’ll lead GTM and customer communications and deliver clear product signals to leadership and teams. The role requires 7+ years in B2B SaaS or AI platforms, strong data fluency, and exceptional writing ability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product at B2B SaaS or AI-platform companies at staff level
• Systems thinker who works across the whole org
• Translator between GTM and engineering
• Connector and clear writer with strong communication
• Fluent in data and instrumentation with practical analytics
• Discerning filter to protect the org from noise
• AI-native systems builder and operator

Responsibilities

• Define and delegate work across multiple product pods and run an AI-native product-ops motion.
• Prioritization and resource allocation to ensure pod alignment.
• Develop the context-and-metrics layer with dashboards and signals for decision-making.
• Manage the GTM, engineering, and customer communication loop including release notes and enablement.
• Provide product signals to the rest of the company with actionable insights on usage and delivery.
