Job summary

Within is seeking a senior product leader to scale an AI-native product organization. You will define and delegate work across multiple pods, run a product-ops motion, and build agentic loops that keep teams moving without overlap.

You will prioritize resources, develop dashboards, and own the feedback loop between GTM, Value Delivery, and engineering. You translate field input into clear product signals and orchestrate decisive rollouts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product leadership at B2B SaaS or AI platforms with staff-level scope.
• Able to influence multiple pods and orchestrate complex enterprise work.
• Translate customer/input signals into product signal and rollout plans.
• Write clear release communications and prioritization narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define and delegate work across product pods and run an AI-native product-ops motion.
• Prioritize and allocate resources across pods to improve delivery speed.
• Build the context and metrics layer with dashboards and signals.
• Own GTM, engineering, and customer communication loops for rollouts.
• Provide product signal to leadership with actionable usage insights.
