Qualifications
- 10+ years building technical products.
- Minimum 3 years leading teams of PMs or running a company.
- Hands-on experience with production agentic systems.
- Track record of taking an AI/agentic product from 0→1.
- Fluency with modern agentic stack: orchestration, tool-calling, memory, observability.
Responsibilities
- Set long-term Agentic Platform strategy and translate it into a roadmap.
- Own core platform primitives and define abstractions for product teams.
- Lead product side of custom model training and fine‑tuning on proprietary data.
- Build the decisioning-model layer and partner with data science.
- Run a structured orchestration R&D program and advance winners to production.
- Identify and ship new platform capabilities for new product surfaces and revenue.
- Partner with engineering to ensure production-grade agent infrastructure.
