Job summary

Digitas North America is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Management – AI Orchestration to advance our bespoke AI platform across agency teams. You’ll help analyze processes, map opportunities, and deliver AI-driven solutions with a focus on transformation and efficiency.

You will work with Strategy, Data and Analysis, Media, and Experience Design to implement scalable AI agents. This role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on execution, and staying ahead in AI best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technology roles, with experience supporting cross-functional development teams in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools, and the digital marketing/advertising tech landscape.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and SMEs to deliver AI solutions for agency teams such as Strategy, Data and Analysis, Media, Experience Design, Project Management, Social and total commerce suites.
• Participate in discovery and delivery of AI-powered projects using our generative AI platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ideate, develop, and launch new agents and experiences.
• Create agents and orchestrations with SMEs and engineers.
• Execute intake, planning, and delivery processes that scale and sustain impact.
• Represent the Digitas AI team to internal partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Contribute to build, rollout, training, support, and maintenance processes.
• Stay current with generative AI, MarTech, and related technologies to inform best practices.
