Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the AI-driven orchestration layer across revenue workflows. You will partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customers to define a durable product strategy that translates rapid AI advancements into measurable business value.

You will own the full product path from insight through launch, driving adoption, packaging, and commercialization in collaboration with GTM partners. Experience building AI-native products is required.

Qualifications

• Lead PM with 8–10 years experience delivering complex zero-to-one products.
• Experience building AI-native products, agents, orchestration systems, or intelligent workflows.
• Strong product sense and UX judgment to simplify complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for agentic orchestration and translate AI capabilities into durable strategy.
• Partner with Engineering and AI/ML on architecture, reasoning systems, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Collaborate with Design to make complex systems intuitive and trustworthy for users.
• Own full product path from insight to launch, adoption, packaging, and GTM alignment.
