Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and roadmaps for an Observability & AI-driven operations platform. You will define requirements for metrics, traces, and logs, delivering AI-powered experiences and an Observability AI Agent to automate troubleshooting.

You will partner with engineering, AI, customers, and go-to-market teams to drive enterprise-scale cloud solutions, build a converged platform, and enable successful product adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or development.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS observability or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of full-stack observability (metrics, traces, logs).
• Experience leading AI-powered product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Observability & Management.
• Define requirements for a converged full-stack observability platform.
• Lead lifecycle from use cases through development and launch.
• Drive AI-powered observability experiences and agentic tooling.
