Oracle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and roadmaps for an Observability & AI-driven operations platform. You will define requirements for metrics, traces, and logs, delivering AI-powered experiences and an Observability AI Agent to automate troubleshooting.

You will partner with engineering, AI, customers, and go-to-market teams to drive enterprise-scale cloud solutions, build a converged platform, and enable successful product adoption across the organization.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmap for Observability, Management, and AI-driven operations. The role will define requirements for a converged full-stack observability platform across metrics, traces, and logs, while delivering AI-powered experiences such as conversational assistants, intelligent investigations, and an Observability AI Agent for automated troubleshooting and remediation. Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and OCI Observability & Management priorities.
• Define requirements for a converged, full-stack observability platform that unifies metrics, traces, and logs to deliver end-to-end visibility across applications and infrastructure.
• Lead the product lifecycle from customer use cases and requirements through development, launch, and adoption.
• Drive AI-powered observability experiences, including conversational AI assistants, AI investigations, and agentic troubleshooting.
• Define products such as an Observability AI agents that can investigate incidents, create hypothesis, identify root causes, recommend actions, and automate troubleshooting.
• Partner with engineering and AI teams on LLMs, agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation, and enterprise AI guardrails.
• Enable sales and support teams through product launches, training, content, and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with strategic customers and drive internal and external product adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of product management, product development, or software engineering experience, including 2–3+ years in product management.
• Experience building large-scale cloud, SaaS, observability, distributed systems, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of full-stack observability, metrics, distributed tracing, logging, telemetry, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS, cloud operations, containers, Kubernetes, and virtualization.
• Experience building Generative AI, conversational AI, AI assistant, or agentic AI products.
• Experience with AI-driven investigations, automated troubleshooting, SRE, or autonomous operations is highly desirable.
• Strong product leadership, communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 - $187,000 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
