Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the AWS Observability portfolio.

You will shape the value proposition for AI-driven observability, partner with product and GTM teams, and craft compelling messaging for developers, SREs, and platform engineers. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology-related roles.
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
3+ years of product/program management or product marketing experience.
Experience in product marketing for cloud infrastructure, observability, security, analytics, or AI/ML products.

Responsibilities

Partner with product management and GTM teams to develop portfolio strategy and guide AWS Observability services.
Create and own positioning and messaging that communicates value to customers from infrastructure monitoring to AI/agent observability.
Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and shape portfolio strategy.
Lead product launch strategies including naming, audience definition, and marketing vehicles for observability services in an AI-driven market.
Develop technical content such as presentations, demos, and customer stories to educate developers, SREs, and platform engineers.
