Affirm is transforming credit to be honest and friendly. The Senior Product Manager will shape the agent enablement experience, building AI-powered tools and scalable workflows for millions of customers and internal teams.

You will drive a bold roadmap, translate insights into strategy, and partner across Engineering, Analytics, Ops, and Legal to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Build for scale and empathy—balance customer and agent needs with high-tech efficiency.
• Thrive in complexity to redesign service strategy or debug workflows.
• Lead with insight, combining product intuition with analytical rigor to drive decisions.
• Own the roadmap, move quickly, and push for outcomes that matter to customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Work with Servicing and Operations to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve agent efficiency and reduce contact volume.
• Define a clear product vision and roadmap informed by market trends and frontline feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership to align progress.
