Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Agent Enablement pod, shaping the tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that help our agents support millions of customers with speed, accuracy, and care.

You will own the roadmap, translate insights into strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to design scalable, high-impact solutions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience designing for scale with AI and automation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and own product roadmap.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research and data.
• Improve workflows with Servicing and Operations teams.
• Identify AI opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce contacts.
• Define a clear product vision and measurable success criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership.
• Build scalable systems for growth and new channels.
• Lead with conviction in a fast-paced environment.
